We know how much it took for your student to get to college.
We want to make the next step of finding a place for them to live as easy and seamless as possible.
Below are some answers to questions you may have.
Any additional questions can be answered by one of our staff members at the leasing office.
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF BY THE UNIT LEASING?
By the unit leasing provides flexibility for our residents to choose their own roommates and split the rent however they see fit. Unlike other student properties, the first month’s rent is prorated and there are no extra fees to share a room.
ARE THE APARTMENTS FURNISHED OR UNFURNISHED?
All apartments are unfurnished allowing our residents to decorate based on their own preferences.
IS THERE LAUNDRY ON PROPERTY?
Yes! A full size washer and dryer is provided in each apartment.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT?
To apply, click on Lease Now at the top of this page, create an account, fill out all necessary information and your application will be electronically sent to us. You can also apply for a lease in person, by visiting the office.
HOW DO UTILITIES WORK?
High speed internet (50mbps upload/5mbps download) and cable TV is provided at no extra cost. Other utilities are individually metered, you only pay for what you use.
HOW DO I PAY RENT EACH MONTH?
Payments are accepted with a credit card or echeck through the Resident Portal on our website. An autopay option is available, and there is no charge for using the echeck system. We also accept personal checks, money orders or cashier’s checks in the office.
HOW DOES MAINTENANCE WORK?
You can submit work orders online, over the phone or in the office. After-hours emergencies are quickly addressed by our maintenance techs that live on property.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Registered cats and dogs are permitted with a pet deposit and monthly rent.
(Except for Support Animals, all aggressive breeds including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Rottweilers, Presa Canaries, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Akitas, Siberian Huskies and Wolf-hybrids can be restricted.)
DO I NEED RENTER’S INSURANCE
You are required to purchase renter’s insurance as the property insurance does not cover your personal belongings. It is generally inexpensive and will cover your personal belongings in case of an unexpected event.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY MAIL AND PACKAGES?
Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox. If you receive a package that does not fit in the mailbox you will receive a key in your mailbox corresponding to a nearby parcel locker. Other carriers will deliver to your apartment door and some will deliver your packages to our office. Should that occur, an email and text notification will be sent to you via our package system.
HOW DOES PARKING WORK?
All parking is free! One covered parking spot is provided with each apartment and there are more than two parking spaces per apartment on property. For guests, residents can visit the office and obtain a guest parking pass.
